Wednesday, June 3rd, marked the first TLC Empowerment Group meeting at TLC Pharmacy. Five members met during the lunch hour and had a great session of defining their goals and discussing how to realistically meet those goals. Some individuals are seeking weight loss while others are simply looking to better organize their lives or be prepared for an impending life event.
Since there are 5 more meetings over the course of the next 11 weeks, the group will accept up to three additional members. The next meeting will be Wednesday, June 17th at 12:00pm, lasts 1-1/2 hours and are every other Wednesday.
